I purchased a Remington 783 rifle in a youth model in a 243 caliber. I was impressed by the group it shot at 100-yards using Remington ammo. The gun handled very well ,great trigger pull and overall feel. Scope was not great but for a $300 gun what can you expect. The small compact model is great for women and youth . Can't wait to see this gun in action .
