Nihari Masala recipe

Ingredients:

1 tbs whole coriander
1 tbs cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp whole black pepper
7 cloves
7 green cardamoms
2 big cardamoms
1 star anise
1 bay leave
4 dry whole red chillis
1/2 piece mace
1/4tsp nutmeg pwder
Masala^

Add in masala:
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp kasmiri red chili
1 tbs olive oil or any

1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp black whole pepper
1 black cardamom
1 bay leaf
2 medium sized onions
1 tsp cumin
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
2 medium sized tomatoes
2 dry lemons
1 liter hot water
1 maggi cube
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 & 1/2 cup rice
1 tbs cashew nuts
1 tbs almonds
1 tbs raisins
Saffron soaked in hot water

Garnish:
Cashew nuts
Almonds
Raisins
