How we make delicious chicken bone broth on our farm

Feel free to use whatever veggies you like. We used carrots, celery, garlic, red onion, parsley, oregano, thyme, 2 bay leaves, salt, and whole peppercorns. We simmered about 28 hours. The canning process is 10ths of pressure for 25 minutes.
