For the ingredients of the filling to make 40 Samosas you will need:
2 tbsp oil
2 tbs Ginger, Garlic and Chilli paste
500 grams of Lamb mince
1 tbsp Salt or to taste
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Cumin powder
½ tsp Turmeric
1 tsp toasted Cumin
1 ½ tbsp Fresh green chilis
1 handful of Mint
1 handful of Coriander
Juice of half a Lemon
2 tsp Garam masala
2 medium Onions Diced
For folding the samosa:
Samosa Pastry or filo pastry that is not too thin
Glue/paste for pastry: 4 tbsp flour + Water as required per video.
