Endoparasitic is an indie survival horror game made by Narayan Walters/Miziziziz with a fantastic gimmick that I had a lot of fun playing.
I was inspired, not only by Cynte having only one arm, but also FPS akimbo reloads and thought it would be fun to try and recreate.

As for the shotgun; I tried to keep it faithful to the in-game under-over sawn-off, but also took some inspiration from the Browning 725, Beretta S55 and forward-ejecting shotguns/rifles.
Also, I know the external hinges are a bit clippy, but it was either that or scuffed furniture.

Made in Blender 3.3 and rendered in Cycles at 50 FPS.
