How do human rights protect soldiers?

Home or abroad, everyone including soldiers, should be protected by human rights. With roughly 150,000 people serving in the British armed forces, each one can call upon human rights law if they feel their rights have been breached. Two Royal Air Force soldiers relied on the Human Rights Act in a case they bought forth to the Human Rights Court, find out why in this video.
