It is a very challenging discussion when the couples come because they are puzzled why they don’t get pregnant despite all the investigations being normal. These are the things we need to consider. If we address all these problems and the couple want to go forward we have to discuss options. One is keep them trying naturally with all the lifestyle modifications. Second option is giving ovulation induction drugs like clomiphene citrate and asking them to try naturally. Third option is they can go for natural cycle ivf. Fourth is they need to take ovulation medications like clomiphene or hormonal injections to induce super ovulation followed by intrauterine insemination. The last thing you need to consider is go for in vitro fertilization or what you say test tube baby.
