CHEESE CORN SANDWICHE WITHOUT GRILLER- A perfect snack for any time, anyone. Very few snack items come close to a cheese-filled, crispy. Do try this recipe and let me know how you like it.

CHEESE CORN SANDWICH
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 15-20 minutes
Service 3 to 4

Ingredients
1 bowl Fresh corns
1 tsp origano
1/5 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 fresh capsicum
3 tsp mayonnaise
4 Bread slices
1 cube Amul cheese
100 gram amul butter

Process
Add 1 glass of water in a kadhai and boil corns in it .
Boil corns for 5 minutes and remove extra water

For filling
In a bowl, add boiled corns, origano, salt, chilli flakes, chopped capsicum, mayonnaise abd mix it well.
Take two bread slices and spread mayonnaise on a bread slices then put corn filling on top of the bread slice and put another bread slice on that .
