A couple of weeks ago we took our second river cruise. This time we chose TUI River Cruises, a budget line, having previously been on Emerald Cruises. We had a fabulous time cruising the River Danube from Budapest to Vienna and all in between. But, we were told that we could not compare TUI with Emerald. So, I did, and the results might not be what you would expect.
