Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, soften (113,5g)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chip
1/2 cup mini marshmallows


Instructions:
1- In a medium sized bowl sift flour, salt, and baking soda.
2- Using a stand or hand mixer, beat butter and sugars in a bowl until creamy. Add egg mix until combined. Add vanilla extract, scrape the bowl down and mix once more.
3- Add half of the dry ingredients into the butter mixture beating on low speed, add the second half and beat until just combined. Don not over mix
4- Add chocolate chips and mix well, add marshmallows and mix.
5- Roll the dough into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes
6-Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
7- Remove the dough balls from refrigerator and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
8- Press a few more chocolate chips on top of the dough balls for looks.
9- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Optional: OPTIONAL: bake for 8 minutes and top with marshmallow then bake for additional 2-3 minutes for looks, , if desired.
10-Allow to cool on the cookie sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
