◾Ingredients
For Jalebi Batter
▪4 tbsp Maida
▪1/2 tbsp Rice Flour
▪1 tbsp Curd
▪A pinch of Baking Soda
▪Water
▪Kesari Food Colour (Optional)

For Sugar Syrup
▪1.5 cups of Sugar
▪1 cup of Water
▪1 tsp Lime juice
▪Saffron & Food Colour (Optional)
