EDIT: I know I fucking wrote the description for this, so why isn't it here?? It's been hours, so excuse while I try to remember what I wrote.

First and foremost, I want to say this: I do not intend to make this a series or anything like that. I'm going to talk about some things from this video, but if you have any questions/curiosities feel free to leave a comment!

About Toga's quirk: I didn't really make any hard decisions on her quirk evolving, but because Izuku's in the League I think she probably would be able to use other's quirks. (Even before the MLA arc, though I'm undefined on if that even happened here lol.) Either way, the 1A/2A definitely don't know about any possible quirk evolution here.
Also yes, Izuku did put something in Bakugo's water to make him pass out. Now, did Izuku have any part to play in the dorm's temperature being high? I honestly don't really know, so that's up to you to decide.
I think it probably is, but in case it isn't clear, Izuku sent that last message from Bakugo's phone. (Also it's important to me that everyone understands that it was a play on the term "note to self".)
I am aware that there's a canon intruder alarm, but that one's for evacuation (not lockdown). And without the part where it says what the alarm is for, it just sounds too much like a normal school bell for my tastes and purposes.
LOML, babygirl Zack from Angels of Death is where the laughing audio at the end is from (though it's a few different clips spliced together because I had a vision).
