Cozy Autumn Days, Simple Fall Porch Decor, Scrumptious Pumpkin Pie

Flaky pie crust:

1 1/4 cups or (177g) ap flour
1/2 tsp (2g)or salt
1/2 tsp or (2g) sugar
1 stick or (113g) unsalted cold butter
2 tbsp to 1/4 cup ice cold water

Pumpkin pie:

Wet ingredients:

3 large eggs
15 oz (425 grams) pure pumpkin puree ( homemade or canned pumpkin)
1 can or (355ml) evaporated milk (NOT condensed milk)
3/4 cup or (170 grams) packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry ingredients:

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 a teaspoon of salt
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp Cardamom
1/8 tsp all spice

1 egg white for brushing the hot pie crust
