The 12th Gen stock cooler was overall a pretty bad design with even the i3-12100 and i5-12400. Though this time around Intel have made some subtle improvements to both the CPU side of cooling and the cooler's fan itself. Where overall it does slightly better, enough for it to really pull through as a ok to use cooler.
