New flash floods devastate Spain

Spain has been hit by new flash flooding, just over a week since more than 200 people died in catastrophic floods in the country's Valencia region.

As cleanup efforts get underway there, the northeastern region of Girona and Cadaqués is now confronted with a fresh deluge.

Many in Valencia are angry at authorities for not acting sooner.
