If your battery is draining while the car is running and it's not your battery or your alternator, check all relays, fuses and obvious shorts. If you still can't find it - check this.
I'm working on a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country but the basics of every car is the same.
Something is heating up and shorting out after 1/2 hour of running but no wires we sitting on the exhaust or had any fluids leaking on them.
Here's how I found it.
