There is a total of 14 Knight Statues that you can find in Wicked Seed while playing on Normal or Hard Mode. Ultimately, collecting these gives you challenge points (which you can use to purchase unlockables in the Shop) as well as the Strapped costume. There is no achievement associated with finding all of the Knight Statues.
The locations are:
00:00 - In Chapter 1, you will come across a building with a locked gate. This is the Derelict Cabin (you can't access it unless you use the boat). From the locked gate, head around to the right-hand side and you will see a truck parked by the dead end. The Knight Statue is right behind the truck.
00:17 - In Chapter 2, you will be at the Seaside Six. Eventually, you will have to get inside of the cabin that Jacob was last known to be in. You will find the Knight Statue on the fence just between this cabin and cabin 6.
00:31 - In chapter 2, after leaving Seaside Six and entering Wyatt Park, you will follow a linear path that goes down towards the water after finding a safe area (Park Maintenance). On your way down the hill, you will see that part of the fence is broken on the right-hand side of the path. Go into this area and kill the enemies that spawn. The Knight Statue is on the left-hand side by the water (if you are looking out towards the turned-over boat).
00:49 - In chapter 2, just keep following the path from the last Knight Statue. Eventually, the path goes uphill to a lone cabin. Kill the enemies (2 Stalkers), and you will find the Knight Statue to the left of the front door on the fence.
00:56 - In chapter 3, you will enter The Crawl after talking with Henry. Explore this place and you will see a wooden cabinet that is WAY out of place. Interact with the cabinet (there is NO interact prompt!), and it will slide out of the way to reveal a hidden area. The Knight Statue is on the left just as you enter.
01:05 - In chapter 3, you will eventually make your way up to the surface to a place called the Back Alleys. Follow the short, linear path and you will find a Valve handle needed to drain the water in the Sewer. Across from the Valve Handle is a locked gate. Use a Lockpick on it and you will fight a new enemy named the Vilekin. kill it and keep following the path past it. Right before you find the Reaper shotgun, look at the fence on the left. The Knight Statue is tucked away in the corner.
01:24 - In chapter 3, you can visit Seaside during the day by repairing a ladder in The Crawl. If you need help on this, check my video at: • Wicked Seed - Day Walker Achievement! Once you are back at Seaside Six, leave the safe area and follow the path left (not down to the water). Kill the group of enemies and then continue following the path uphill to the dead end. The Knight Statue is past the trash can.
01:52 - In chapter 3, you will make your way to the Police Station. Unlock the door to the jail cells (the code is 019980) and you will fight the Bloodclutch. Kill it and check the cells. The Knight Statue is in one of them inside of the toilet.
02:07 - In chapter 4, you will reach a set of stairs that goes up to a ladder that leads to the next area, Candle Rock Cliff. BEFORE these stairs, there is a small set of semi hidden stairs that goes off to the side to a little area. In this area, another set of stairs leads down to a bridge. Cross the bridge, and the Knight Statue is found in a bucket by the table.
02:25 - From the last Knight Statue, go up the ladder to Candle Rock Cliff. kill the enemies that spawn right as you enter the area. Afterwards, check the cliff to the left of where you came in and you will be able to climb up. The Knight Statue is hidden by some trees in the corner.
02:57 - In chapter 5, you will be in Wyatt Manor. Right from the start, go upstairs to the second floor. The Knight Statue is on the windowsill.
03:17 - In chapter 6, you will eventually find a key in an ice chunk. This leads to an office where you can get rid of the gas that prevents you from progressing. Once the gas is gone, go to the new area and the Knight Statue is found in the corner of the room opposite of where the second part of the 6-digit code is written.
03:30 - After killing the Phorid Matron, keep following the path. You will go down a long set of stairs eventually and come to a four-way intersection where a battle takes place. Kill the enemies and then look for the rock path you can crouch walk under the rubble. The Knight Statue is at the end.
04:08 - After killing the final boss (the Wicked Seed), you will have to run and escape before time runs out. RIGHT before the exit, you will find the final Knight Statue on the left-hand side of the cave!
