Couple की शादी को पांच साल हो गयी थी और उन्होंने endometriosis के लिए surgery करवाई थी। दुर्भाग्यवश, इस surgery ने सभी underlying issues का समाधान नहीं किया, जिसके कारण ongoing challenges बने रहे|

Misconceptions about Endometriosis: कई मरीजों का मानना है कि pregnancy से endometriosis ठीक हो जाएगा लेकिन ये एक Misconception है| और Endometriosis के लिए proper Treatment बहुत ज़रूरी है|

IUI Attempts: कई बार Attempt के बावजूद patient pregnant होने में असफल रही थी जिस के बाद उन्होंने ने IUI का सहारा लिया|

IVF as the Next Step: जिस condition में couple हमारे पास आये तब तक उन्होंने कई treatment options का इस्तेमाल कर लिया था लेकिन सही doctor का चुनाव न कर पाने की वजह से वो सफल नहीं हुए और अब उन के पास सिर्फ IVF ही एक option बचा था|

Success Rates: IVF की success rates endometriosis और surgical history जैसे कारकों से प्रभावित हो सकती हैं।

Embryo Transfer: कपल के पास चार embryos थे, जिनमें से दो को transfer किया गया, लेकिन सफलता नहीं मिली। फिर दो शेष blastocyst embryos transfer किए गए, जिनके Positive रिजल्ट्स मिले।

Current Status:
patient अब 28 सप्ताह pregnant है, और हम उनके इस खुशी के क्षण का जश्न मना रहे हैं लेकिन असली ख़ुशी तब ही मनाई जा सकती है जब वो 36-38 सप्ताह तक सुरक्षित delivery तक पहुंचेंगे।
