The need to know:
4.5 L with filter of 0W-20 grade oil
17 mm socket
8 mm socket or Phillips head screwdriver
Oil drain bolt 23-30 ft lbs (I used 26 ft lbs)
Oil filter wrench
Drain pan/jacks/jack stands/wheel chocks
Mazda oil filter or equivalent with new washer

Reset oil light:
Go to Information/Vehicle Status Monitor/Vehicle Maintenance Settings/Reset oil change distance

If you have set a manual timeframe like I have, the message will still be there to change oil, you must go back into Vehicle Maintenance Settings and set a next service date and the message will disappear. I plan on doing it every 8000 km.
