Ibrahim Safwat is the founder of Cairo Runners. In his talk, he expands on the metaphor of the track to prove that life is all about a track you have to run with a destination in mind.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
