New flat comes with basic setup provided by the builder. To transform it into a luxury interior we need to put the right item at right place.
The flat that is provided by your builders comes with a basic setup. . In this basic flat we will implement different trending decorative materials .To do luxury interior in a small space flat was a challenging task for us.
Let's see how it is done...
A simple false ceiling work is done with profile light design which give it a classy look that too at an affordable rate. Apart from this, we have installed magnetic Track light on the false ceiling. Though the space was limited, but we have managed to make a sofa come bed. In the living area we have made a trendy TV unit with all the wires hidden. We have utilised the corner by making a classy dressing unit. In one of the master bedroom we have made a king size hydraulic bed, along with that we have made a wardrobe with automatic lights. The curtain are placed from false ceiling height to the floor surface, which runs smoothly on the curtain track. We have made a mesmerizing Mandir unit which has doors embellished with charming bells. We have done some civil work to change the direction of the bathroom door. In the washroom area some plumbing work is done which includes installation of water pressure pump hanging commodes with cistern, and concealed shower panel. Former Arch wall Gate in kitchen was removed, the kitchen was remodeled as an open kitchen. New washroom was also made by taking up some space from the kitchen area . Old kitchen sink was replaced with a new and advanced Kitchen sink. Due to shortage of space in other bedroom a queen size foldable sliding bed was made.
