In this video, I'm sharing with you what I eat in a day with PCOS to lose weight and get healthy. I'm on a Paleo-ish diet eating only fruits, vegetables, meats, healthy fats, eggs, fish, nuts and seeds (and a little bit of dairy) - only whole, real food. I am not 100% perfect, but I try to eat well at least 80% of the time. It's helping my PCOS symptoms so much AND I'm losing weight!

Plus, I'm cooking a Thai Chicken curry from one of my favorite books - It Starts with Food. It turned out to be one of the best dishes I've ever cooked, and I will definitely be making it again!
