Benedict Sandin - Kenapa Google Doodle Raikan Beliau?

On October 18, 2020, Google honored the 102nd birthday of Sarawak-born folklorist and ethnographer Benedict Sandin, a prominent figure in preserving the heritage of the Iban community, with a Google Doodle that recognized his invaluable work as a former curator of the Sarawak Museum, his efforts in mastering and championing the Iban language, his role as editor of Pembrita—the first Iban language news publication—and his dedication to documenting Iban history and culture through his research, making him a world-renowned expert in the field.
