Hey momma! We are moving on to day 39 for our Free in 40, mom fitness program! Today is a 30 minute total core workout 💪
This workout is part of my faith-based fitness program, Free in 40, where moms combine exercise + devotionals to build strength inside and out. Whether you’re pre/postnatal, a busy mom trying to get stronger, or simply looking for a faith-centered community, you’re in the right place!
Here's the details for today's workout:
4 rounds
first 3: 5 exercises | 3 at 30 seconds on, 0 seconds of rest x3 | 5th at 60 seconds on, 0 rest x1
Fourth round: 90 second finisher move
dumbbells needed

Who is Bri?
Bri is Jesus-loving, wife, mom of two energetic boys and a beautiful little girl, and a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist.
She obtained her Bachelor of Health Sciences where she focused on athletic training, and her Master of Science in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Rehabilitation Science, and Injury Prevention.
She used to work as a personal trainer, a physical rehab specialist, and a fitness trainer before moving to online training.
Her passion is to help moms, in any phase of motherhood, find themselves again, gain back energy, reach their goals, and have a newfound confidence in themselves and their bodies.
