On todays video I will be checking my LS engines lifter and lifter trays for wear and cracks, the main thing when rebuilding a LS engine on a budget is not to skip on some parts, your lifters and lifter trays for your LS engine is one part you don't want to budget out on, if you trying save cash just check your old lifters and lifter trays for wear and just reuse them if they are good instead of buying the cheap replacement parts you find on line.

I have been building a 6.0 Ls engine and I wanted to check my lifters and trays for wear and cracks because I have seen to many knock off lifters and trays floating around and some of my friends has lost engines over it. I know that mine are 100% GM and was in a running engine.

As you will see in this video my lifter trays fail my check but my used GM LS lifters pass. if you want or half to buy replacement lifters and trays I would highly get them from your local GM dealer ship,
