LaPorte Boat Shade Installation

Описание к видео LaPorte Boat Shade Installation

Setting up your LaPorte Boat Shade Kit on the aft or bow of your boat is an easy, one-person process that only takes about 5 minutes to install.

1. Locate the two telescoping poles included with your kit and remove them from the storage bag
2. Insert the poles in the rod holders closest to the transom. You can adjust them by pressing the button and extending the pole to the desired height
3. Locate the pole securing straps that came prepackaged in your kit
4. Pass the strap around a handrail or cleat, then, slip the loop with the grommet through the other end and pull tight
5. Attach the grommet end to the post on top of the pole and tighten the strap
6. Locate the white SeaSucker Suction Cups and remove the plastic covering from the bottom of the cup
7. To attach, press the cup to the surface of the T-Top and proceed to repeatedly push the orange plunger until the Suction Cup is secure and orange is no longer visible
8. Locate the black 10ft strap that came prepackaged in your kit with the Pole Securing Straps
9. Run the strap through both suction cup handles, fasten the buckle, and tighten the strap
10. Remove the boat shade from the storage bag and locate the blue center strap and logo patch (this identifies the edge that will attach to the t-top and the side of the shade that should face down).
11. Fasten the royal blue strap to the middle suction cup and then continue attaching the outer straps to the outer suction cups.
12. Attach any remaining interior straps to the T-Top Framework
13. Locate the opposite edge with only 2 corner connecting straps and attach them to the loops on top of your poles
14. Inspect all of your connections and ensure the shade is properly attached to the t-top and telescoping poles
15. You can now inspect your straps and pull them tight so the shade is taught
16. Use the included Velcro Tabs to clean up any loose straps

Now relax, you're covered by LaPorte!
