You will need

3mm HSS drill bit
4mm HSS drill bit
5mm HSS drill bit
Stud Extractors
Mole Grips
Electric Drill

Drill the bolt first using the 3mm bit. Go in easily and apply very light pressure to the drill. Once about 7mm in, go up to 4mm, then up again to 5mm

BE CAREFUL not to go too far in with the 5mm as it'll break the head off the thread.
Use the relevant stud extractor in a pair of mole grips and undo until the bolt gives. I did all of the bolts in less than an hour this way, all releasing the same way.
