A business mantra that guides us at North Group is to always make decisions from strength. So coming off two incredible, record-breaking years for North Group, we are certainly in a strong position for what’s next for us.
With a desire to grow, and offer even more value to our industry (and especially our own team), we found ourselves asking questions that go through the mind of a lot of us as real estate leaders and entrepreneurs:

How do I get “there” from “here?”

How can I more effectively share what I’ve learned and experienced to help others grow their business faster?

How can I make more money for my family and my future outside of just selling a lot of real estate?

A lot of research and due diligence exposed the fact that these answers weren’t going to be possible for us under a traditional brokerage model. And although we grateful for all that we have learned and accomplished to this point, we are even more excited for what’s to come!
