One of last of the original "Squatchfathers" himself, Author and researcher Thomas Steenburg joins us. He and James discuss his start in Bigfoot Sasquatch research.  Thomas is from British Columbia and has been researching the Sasquatch enigma since 1978 and is considered by many to be an "old school" investigator.  He has authored three books on the topic:  "The Sasquatch in Alberta"', 1989; “Sasquatch, Bigfoot, The Continuing Mystery", 1993; and "In search of Giants", 2000. Thomas has also co-authored two other titles: "Meet the Sasquatch", 2004 and "Sasquatch in British Columbia”, 2012. He has also written many articles and appeared on numerous television and Radio documentaries. Thomas is one of the last old school investigators who was privy to the stories and was friends with several of the “Squatchfathers”!

The puzzle of the sasquatch has been ongoing since the first men settled the West and heard stories from the Native population about strange and elusive large, hairy creatures. These stories have endured to present day and eyewitnesses continues to come forward. Unfortunately no hard physical evidence has been produced. This book gives accounts of sightings that have occurred over the last twenty years throughout western Canada. Many of these encounters have never been written about before and all offer insight into this lasting mystery. Thomas's books are sure to interest and intrigue even the most sceptical.
