Just goes to show, no matter how bad they get, they can still be fixed up. That is as long as the motor is still good.

This makita HM1100C came in sounding very rough, the fan had come loose, the bearings where shot and the oil seal had failed causing all the grease to leak out.

With A few spare parts and some TLC the hammer is up and running right again for 130 euro.
not bad considering the state it was in.
