Bavaria and Saarland are "self" governing states (Communist most likely), and France may eventually annex Saarland later to gain access to coal. Stalin strengthens the alliance with the Western communists countries by accepting Netherlands' annexation plan and giving France (perhaps with Belgium) its own occupation zone in Germany while Denmark also gains territory in the Schleswig region, the rest under Soviet control. Italy loses Albania and the whole of Trieste to Yugoslavia. Finland keeps Petsamo. The post war map was created during the last days of the video for extra, it's an example and doesn't have to be accurate.
