Sorry guys! I forgot one important information about Crit Rate/Dmg vs Mdef Pen.

to make it a long story short, know that ~10.5k Resilience can reduce the amount of crit rate and crit dmg (20% and 200% respectively). There's no way you can mitigate Mdef Pen, except to have more Mdef. And depending on what weapon you run, you can play around with certain focuses on the type of damage. For example, I'm running dual wield with high Crit Rate/Dmg and Mdef pen (as of this video 80% crit rate, 264% Crit Dmg and 5399 mdef pen unbuffed). It's almost impossible to get near that with a staff. But play around with builds and see what you can come up with.
