Donkeys rule! Oatman, Arizona is located on historic Route 66 and the burros (donkeys) run this place. You can get up close and personal with the burros, see a real old fashioned robbery of the bank, complete with a street showdown, and enjoy shopping and eating. Let's not forget the stunning views on the way to this town that was founded in 1915 by gold miners, and was named after Olive Oatman who was kidnapped for five years, but was thankfully rescued.
