Walmart Shoplifter Thinks She's Entitled to Steal

On August 18, 2022 in Florida, Officer Latham was working extra duty at Walmart and observed a woman through the CCTV system select a purse from the shelf, remove the price tag, and then place various other merchandise inside the purse. When she passed all points of sale and exited the store, Officer Latham confronted the woman. This is footage of the events that followed.
