Second part of Corrado Guzzanti's movie, a satire of fascist regime (and some episodes of the recent italian history), using the style of old propaganda's newsreels: emphatic tones, epic words, italianized foreign terms, and explicit rhetoric.

Born as a sketches series aired on italian tv in 2002, they became a movie after the premature closure of the original show without a proper ending.

BALILLA is the name of the member of the fascist youth.
