Roche in Penzberg bildet derzeit 300 Auszubildende bzw. Studierende in 8 Ausbildungsberufen und Studiengängen aus. Mit mehr als 6.400 Mitarbeitenden ist das Werk eines der größten Biotech-Zentren in Europa und bildet das weltweit größte biotechnologische Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Produktionszentrum im Roche-Konzern. Penzberg ist in der Roche-Gruppe zudem weltweit eine wichtige Zentrale für die Entwicklung und Produktion innerhalb der Diagnostik.
