Ginger Pound Cake Smores Recipe
Serves 8

Ingredients:
8 large marshmallows
5 oz. bittersweet chocolate candy
bars, broken into 8 pieces
8 tsp. crystallized ginger
16 slices pound cake (¼ in. thick)
3 Tbsp. butter, softened

Directions:
Cut each marshmallow lengthwise into 4 slices. Place a chocolate piece, 4 marshmallow slices and 1 tsp. crystallized ginger on each of 8 cake slices;
top with remaining cake. Spread outsides of cake slices with butter.

Slide the Grill Plate into Shelf Position 6. Turn the Function Dial to Grill, set the temperature to 375° and set the timer to 10 minutes. Preheat the grill for 5 minutes. Place cake stacks on Grill Plate and grill each side until toasted, 1-2 minutes on each side.
