Onderzoeksresultaten incidenten Shell Pernis

Eind juli 2017 kreeg Shell Pernis te maken met twee incidenten met veel impact in de directe omgeving van het bedrijf. Op 29 juli leidde kortsluiting in een hoogspanningsstation uiteindelijk tot het compleet stilleggen van vrijwel alle fabrieken. Twee dagen later ontstond er in een leiding van een fabriek een lekkage van waterstoffluoride waardoor er gas naar de buitenlucht ontsnapte. De onderzoeksresultaten van beide incidenten zijn gedeeld met DCMR Milieudienst Rijnmond.
