In this video I discuss the progress to date in repairing and restoring the Marantz 4430 Quadrail Reciever, built in Japan in the early 1970s. These units are hard to find, especially ones in good shape. This is due to the limited production and the failure if quadrophonic music to catch on. To date the work done on the unit has consisted of fixing soldering errors and changing out electrolytic capacitors.
