Ingredients:

- 1 cup peanuts
- 3/4 cup jaggery
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)

2. Grind jaggery into a fine powder.
3. In a pan, heat the ground jaggery and ghee over medium heat, stirring constantly.

6. Pour the mixture onto a greased surface or a parchment-lined plate.
7. Let it cool and set for about 10-15 minutes.
8. Break the Palli Patti/Chikki into pieces and serve.

- Adjust jaggery to taste.
- You can add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
- Palli Patti/Chikki can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

- Use sesame seeds or coconut flakes for added texture and flavor.
- Experiment with different spices like cinnamon or nutmeg for a unique flavor.
