How to sync video & audio in Adobe Premiere Elements 2018

An overview of how to sync multiple video and audio files within Adobe Premiere Elements 2018. The process is completed natively within Elements without any 3rd party tools.

Here I have used 2 x video feeeds and a single audio feed recorded on a phone to demonstrate the process.

I'm a new user of elements and couldnt find a simalar tutorial showing me how to align audio without using 3rd party software.
