QnA Friday 38 - How to estimate Testing Time and Efforts

Today's Ques:

Hi Raghav,

In interview i frequently faced one question that is

"how You estimate testing time"

In our company we do not follow any such model or formula to estimate testing efforts , we mostly used previous experience to calculate time , but in interview we can not tell the interviewer about that, so my question is how in practical scenario test estimation is done specially for agile process and how to explain that in front of interviewer with example.

Please help me in this topic.
