Came across this beautiful sight of Great Hornbills feeding on the Focus fruits while travelling in Himalayan region. One will be mesmerized to watch the hornbills fight over fruits, checking the ripe fruits before plucking them and then the beautiful art of tossing them to swallow it.

You can find a lot of Hornbills feeding on the fruit often for hours and days till the ripe fruits are over. These plants are decreasing in numbers except for the forest regions. These are easy to grow and all must be encouraged to grow these plants.
