Majahuitas Jungle Hike to Quimixto Waterfall

This is the hike offered when you book your reservation at Majahuitas Resort in Puerto Vallarta. This is a nice mellow hike for most but if you are out of shape it will pose a slight challenge. It takes you through the jungle behind the resort about an hour and a half to Quimixto waterfall. Then you hike through the town of Quimixto back to the bay and take the boat back to the resort. Its a great hike and even better waterfall. There is a bar at the waterfall that you can have a cold beer and even a small little restaurant. Id be careful on what you order there as refrigeration is limited. All in all a great hike offered by Majahuitas Resort! Go and experience the jungle!
