UK government has officially published new visa rules which are effective now from 22nd July onwards. These updates are available on the skilled worker visa page on the gov.uk website.

It has clearly stated that to be eligible for skilled work visa, you should be paid whichever is the highest of £41,700 per year or the going rate for the type of work you will be doing. Further, they have published the immigration salary list and the temporary shortage list to apply for Visa under medium skilled occupations.

If your occupation is listed as a higher skilled occupation, you will be eligible for the skilled worker of visa.
