In summer 2022, at age 65, Steve Latham did a 3,100 mile bike ride across the United States from the West Coast to the East Cost. And he has no intention of slowing down any time soon! Steven's ultimate goal is to document his adventures in hopes that other older adults will be inspired to think about health in a different and more proactive way.
His inspiring bike trip started on March 23rd, 2023 and lasted for 87 days. Steve's story is a testament life doesn't stop until YOU stop! It is not your AGE that determines your physical function or quality of life. It is WHAT you do during those years and HOW you do it that matters.
