ingredients :
all purpose flour/maida : 1 and 1/2 cups(180grams)
eggs : 3 (room temperature)
oil : 1/4 cup
warm milk/water : 1/2 cup
baking powder : 1 tea spoon
salt : 1 pinch
sugar : 1 cup(200 grams)
mango essence : 1 tea spoon
whipping cream : 1 and 1/4 cup

for sugar syrup
sugar : 1/3 cup
water : 1 and 1/2 cups

For mango glaze :
peeled and chopped mango : 1
sugar : 1/2 cup
water : 1/2 cup
mango essence : 1 tea spoon

cherries for garnishing

my 1 cup measures 250 ml

preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes and bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 180 degrees celsius
