"Known for his flashy freestyles and creative moves, this member of DIME lives up to his reputation in this tape.
The tape starts off with a unique introduction. The introduction includes various shots of the city of Philadelphia, C-Stans hometown, and events that happen later on in the tape, with all the listings of appearances and music in the tape being shown. It is unlike any other introduction from a mix tape before which really sets the tone for the rest of the tape. The tape moves into an assortment of footage from the AND1 Philly Open Run, summer leagues, and local gyms and parks with C-Stan pulling off his moves. The tape then moves into the Nestle Crunch Contest. It shows C-Stan being in the Philadelphia Daily News newspaper and doing a freestyle. It then goes to Miami where the contestants were eagerly waiting to play NBA all-star center Shaquille ONeal 1-on-1. Before C-Stan had his crack at Shaq, he first clowned a kid on the court with all eyes watching. He faked him out first with a hidden agenda followed up by a slip n slide to a between the defenders legs combo for the lay-in. After he was through with the kid, he then went on to Shaq. Shaq did a shamgod to a behind the back variation, but missed the running shot. C-Stan got the rebound and took it out. He fooled Shaq with a return to sender move. Shaq backed off after that and C-Stan hit a three. Although there wasnt much footage for this section, it was still entertaining to see C-Stan go up against the giant Shaq. The tape then moved into a section with special guest Kit Kat. It showed Kit Kat pulling off some nice new moves. Together, Kit Kat and C-Stan killed the locals. Next, C-Stan was featured on live television doing a freestyle. An assortment of little freestyle clips followed. The tape transitioned into C-Stans freestyle in Love Park. This was an especially good freestyle full of brand new combos and moves. This part was also cool because of the unique pink water fountain that C-Stan freestyled in front of. The next section was full of more assorted clips, including Toronto H.I.U. and Phillys Best Baller in the Land Competition. The tape ends with C-Stan doing a slip n slide to sliding between the defenders legs combo. The ending was much like that of AND1 Mix Tape Volume 3 when Hot Sauce pulled off his boomerang. It was a very nice and exciting way to end the tape. The credits were also a funny part of the DVD, featuring more clips of C-Stan doing his thing as well as funny outtake footage. Bonus features of the tape included the trailer of the tape and Basketball 101. Basketball 101 featured C-Stan and Motion Sickness walking the streets of Philly while being interrupted by the homeless Downtown Freddy Brown. This was a hilarious section as Freddy Brown was telling Motion Sickness that anybody can dribble but you gotta take it to the hoop, only after being fooled by a See No Evil move of course.

All in all, this was a very good tape. The editing by Val/Cal Productions was very nice, as it was not overdone and it made the tape flow. The tape had the feeling of a much older mix tape like that of the early AND1 Mix Tapes. The tape runs approximately 20 minutes, keeping it short and full of action. The tape featured a nice soundtrack with music from Kanye West, Mos Def, Outerspace, Sadat X, Method Man, Raekwon, 9th Wonder, and 7L & Esoteric. C-Stan showcased his nifty ballhandling abilities, flashy freestyles, and creative moves. He definitely brought his own style to this mix tape. He showed that he is pure underground and will be in this streetball game for a long time. Although it may not appeal to the fundamentalist, this tape is definitely a must have for any fan of the trick aspect of streetball. "
