I compiled the SM64 Prototype! Unused level "Stage1"

After a lot of hard work, I finally managed to build the original SM64 source code. I'll be able to compile and show off any unused content found in the game files now. More unused levels to come!

Commentated/detailed discussion will come after I've uploaded initial findings.

Note: This is a little different from what was already discovered, as it includes the fully compiled level rather than models imported by ripping them from the source files.
