Honolulu International Airport, or also known as Daniel K. Inouye International Airport hosts an impressive array of commercial and military operations. From C-5 Galaxy's to Boeing 717s, this airport is flooded with diversity of exotic airlines and aircraft types.

I filmed this video earlier this year on my recent trip to Hawaii. I did most of my filming at the end of Lagoon Drive, which offers a wonderful view of the departures off the southern side of the airport, also referred to as the "reef runway" by locals due to it being built in the middle of the water. I also towards the end of the video got some aircraft landing on the northern side, viewed from the international terminal carpark. Getting a decent runway view for the northern side of the airfield is very difficult as there's an active military base located there.

The goal of this video is to show you all the different airlines, aircraft and routes that they fly from and into Honolulu through my day of filming at the airport. You will see many U.S airlines flying to their hubs on the mainland, plenty of Hawaiian Airlines flying to the mainland, Asia and around the islands of Hawaii, U.S military aircraft which are usually very hard to get good footage of.
